“Fleeting but dazzling” ,

JACQUES WEI 24AW  「月下美人」成衣系列以昙花作为隐喻，

旨在捕捉刹那间的美丽、一瞬间的永恒，于矛盾对立中，

呈现繁复与轻灵(盈）、细腻与松散，挑衅美学与之绽放。

即是刹那，亦是永恒，虽是短暂，却是绚烂。

本季系列穿梭在刹那即永恒，短暂亦绚烂的矛盾对立中，

于细密编织的精细面料纹理之内、于缀以浪漫花饰的优雅半裙之中、

于大面积皮革的盈盈反射之上、于野性生猛的豹纹与薄纱的碰撞之间，于裙摆间昙花刹那绽放的一瞬间，

笔触大胆而狂野，暗涌着叛逆与激情，挥洒出无尽的热情与光辉，

还有那一件件金属配饰, 可以缀于裙摆的无尽曲线中，也可以附着于犹如天鹅绒般的细腻面料上，

亦刚亦柔，细腻坚韧丝丝入扣。

JACQUES WEI 本季携手NIKE耐克，共同构建矛盾冲突之美。

在本次特别合作系列，设计师将NIKE耐克两款经典鞋履：vomero5, V2K作为秀场搭配，

融入JACQUES WEI经典羽毛元素，将层层羽毛附着于运动鞋面，

打破运动鞋的常规印象，交融碰撞出艺术美感，步履间增添一抹轻盈灵动的柔美意象。

此外，秀场选址位于拥有百年历史的上海地标建筑 - 大世界，

将成衣细节与自然建筑并置的秀场设计，穿过秀道旁一块块镜面装置，

在影影绰绰之间，探索成衣与自然建筑的融合，实现传统与创新的碰撞。

Fleeting but dazzling. Inspired by the Queen of the Night—— Epiphyllum, the Autumn /Winter 2024 JACQUES WEI collection by Jacques combines a provocative aesthetic to create a style with harmonious contradiction, aiming to capture the beauty and eternity of a moment.

The collection plays constantly with harmonious contradiction, shifting between the ephemeral and the eternal. Expressed in the collision, conflict and opposition of bold brushwork prints on soft fabrics, oversized metal accessories on minimalist garments, the collection shows a unique personality and fashion attitude.     Femininity and wildness cross-pollinates, and the signs and symbols of each shifts -- feminine lace dresses fuses with leopard-print coats. Handicrafts animate surfaces - traces of life shape the forms of garments, intentional slits, twists, raw-cut hemlines, creases and folds capture a spontaneity, like a memory of Epiphyllum’s beauty embedded in cloth.

In collaboration with Nike for this show, JACQUES WEI presents the beauty of contradiction by deconstructing and decorating classic Nike shoes with elegant feathers. The designer incorporates 2 classic Nike shoes into the collection, deconstructing iconic footwear like Vomero 5, V2K on the runway. The combination of JACQUES WEI's classic feather elements with Nike sneakers creates a unique aesthetic. Contradiction are explored between sport and decoration, occasion and everyday - as in life, in reality, beauty are observed, explored, embraced.

In addition, the runway is located in the landmark building of Shanghai with a hundred years of history - the Great World. The runway design integrates clothing details with natural architecture, achieving a fusion of tradition and innovation.
